2023 Annual Report
Side By Side
Fueled largely by our generous fundholders, the Community Foundation directed more than $21 million to over 1,350 nonprofits addressing critical community needs. Our strategic grants program expanded capacity-building efforts, championed participatory grantmaking and supported organizations advancing prosperity across our region. We also unveiled a new strategic plan and awarded a record $1.1 million in scholarships to area students. In total, these efforts demonstrate how collective giving drives lasting impact.
As we look ahead to 2024 and our 40th anniversary, we are inspired by all that remains possible. With this generous community beside us, we aim to build on our momentum, achieve everything our founders imagined and continue creating a flourishing southwest Washington for generations to come.
